Fact Fluency - Games and Flash Cards

Practicing your Math Facts every day will help you achieve your goal of 100% fluency at your grade level. Fluency is generally thought of as solving a math fact within three seconds. Grade level fluency expectations are as follows:

  • Kindergarten: Fluently add and subtract within five, including zero.
  • Grade 1: Demonstrate fluency for addition and subtraction within 10.
  • Grade 2: All Addition and Subtraction Facts within twenty using mental strategies. Know from memory all sums of two single-digit numbers and related differences.
  • Grade 3: Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division or properties of operations. By the end of grade 3, know from memory all products of two single-digit numbers and related division facts.
